It's a Wednesday...and if that's not bad enough...a Fed report! You would have thought a rate cut would kick it up a notch. Best to stay on the sidelines and let the dust settle.

There were 2 breakout possibilities...the first one didn't look all that great with the second time through, and the next one came after the third time through the low of the day. The second time through did not form the right color candle, and you would have had to wait. The third time through was risky because of the report, but hindsight showed you the potential.
